Time of incidents (Note in-game timer or replay timer): Minute 8 - has no sight of us roshing whatsoever, has no wards, and yet lingers around trying to gain sight (but does not), then circles around and goes to "check" rune prior to ganking us at Rosh when were are both at extremely low hp and rosh is almost dead. I don't see how he could possibly time it any better - he didn't even have treads, so I don't see "he was going to go Rosh at that exact moment in time" like a viable excuse, given how he waited prior to ganking us at Rosh for a good half a minute.
Any further thoughts: Thanks for reviewing, and ban please.

pretty sure ive seen this name banned before for maphacking. but not sure if it was proven or not.

viewtopic.php?f=24&t=5802 on west he was banned for maphacking but he now has an east account. So this could be him as well.

My problem is the only suspicious play is when he kills you at rosh really.
I did a quick run-through picked up no clicks from him, and so i did a regular run, other than that the play isnt that too well suspicious.

I don't have a problem with thinking he MHs, given the exact circumstance of HOW he killed me at Rosh. Just look at his game-play. He literally sits there waiting for Rosh to get low without wards, and comes at us at the exact right moment. You tell me how a non-maphacking player can do that so well, and I'll let it go. If you're unsure, ask another admin to review the moment in question. Not to mention clearly the other account with the same name was banned for MH; why would anyone else mimic his name? Remember hungsolow? He LOVED making accounts with the same/similar name, even though he had like 30 active bans.

but banning someone doesnt just ban their name. it bans their IP. so if it IS the same player you should check his IP's but most likely he is ban dodging.

Yet still does not explain your actual behavior at said time. You did not GO to check, you waited right behind Roshan in woods by mid, waited, and waited, and waited... then you went to rune, waited, and then you went and stormbolted the two of us when we were both at low hp and Roshan was almost dead. You have also been accused of MH more than once... go figure. I repeat to admins: how does one do that without MH? Just watch the replay for yourself guys - his behavior is super suspicious.

What you say is false. Teamlor (Phoenix) was killed recently, so it's unlikely/impossible he rushed to Rosh. Fulafula (Pugna) and Goops.finest (Wisp) were both pushing mid, and Pugna was killed, so Wisp backed. He clearly did not go to Rosh. I had forested for most of that game, and Naix didn't appear on the map very often at all... so all of a sudden you assume we're Roshing and decide to check? If I were you, and I saw the enemy team lose two players and another back, I wouldn't presume that Legion/Naix were Roshing, but rather I'd think they were foresting and go gank there. But you don't even veer to the forest, and instead gank us at low hp at that exact time. You're not good. You just cheat.

In essence, there is no evidence of maphacking, just bullshit accusations.

Use a fog detector and see.


And ENT (iirc) does not ban based on spurious accusations (which is 99% of what you have typed).
