Proxy and dynamic IP are two different things, never said they weren't. Both are equally easy to track and monitor, though.

He definitely alts, @W0nderland because we've caught him on a number of alts before. He even tries to be sneaky about it by creating new accounts, even though we can see right through that facade via behavioral patterns and playstyle. He's also admitted about being caught on said alts.
