I checked the replay , sorry if took so long because we are GMs are busy atm
but ye this separ didnt have any good reason to start votekick which means he votekick abuse
but since u only reported for this Separ so ill ban him for 5 days because of votekick abuse , ill leave this open if other games mods want to ban the voters , if not just move this to processed but
Separ@europe is banned for 5 days because of votekick abuse

i think you should link this ban request roguemagepriest in a new ban request for all the other players. this will probably achieve your desired effect.
