Any further thoughts: was causing issues all game long cursing both teams refusal to join team later in the game a guy that everyone in the game wished wasn't there

Jinjitsu showed little to no signs of cooperation in terms of language as he was being toxic to both you and your teammates as well as the other team. As there is no specific rule when it comes to builds he is free to build what he sees fit. I would warn jinjitsu.

He griefed in the final multiple fights while we still had a chance farming bottom rather than joining the other 4 there is a rule against griefing/refusing to play with teammates
