Fiddling. The player does not know how to play what can be seen by items and games.
My opinion is that this player should be banned over a period of time in order to learn how to play in the meantime.

Also, I would add that we tried to whisk it on a number of occasions but the opponents did not want to knock yes because the feed suited them. I asked them to kick him, but they did not want.

There's just one thing wrong in your entire argument, trying to attack me: My comment is coming from a neutral point, as i wasn't part of this game - and from a neutral point, you (or your team) never made any effort on trying to help Lina at all.

Anyways, i've made my point and won't reply anyfurther, and leave the mods to judge it:

- Lina is definitely a newbie/noob player
- You never tried to help her, give advices, etc.
- Unless she was playing reckless (diving into towers, dying stupidly etc.), you had no grounds to votekick her out of the game: Again being a noob/newbie is only kick-able, if you do try to help/give advices, and she refuses to listen and keeps dying/doing the same mistakes

This is another game of his. His gameplay wasn't intentional but just expected from a new player. Throughout the game, you never helped him. When he was 0-2, you automatically votekicked him for his bad items but made zero attempt(s) to instruct him on the items he should get.

And your above post insulting him is quite discouraging.

I agree with chineseeagle's assessment here. The team needs to come together and help each other out. A lot of time players that ruin games are the ones that purposely avoid team fights for the entire duration of the game, and that's not the case here with lina.
