LC sits and watches, refuses to help team. Obvious he knew locations of everyone in fog. Only started helping after I whispered him I was submitting.

Around 24:00 : LC dives jug in fog, clearly MHing, when team isnt there, no attempt to use wards the entire game

Watch around 37:00-39:00, LC did the most obvious MH, knew location of all enemys and ganked jug in fog

Any further thoughts: I played with him yesterday too, you can see in that review he did the exact same thing. Ran in fog to exact locations of players to gank and played solo the entire game. He's using a new account so he might try to change I.P after.

Will have to second this request, I was in this game as well. Lc was very suspect with his moves, avoiding helping pretty much all game, and hid in fog when he knew enemies were near. Also as stated he lothar straight to jugg multiple times.

Added to my to-do list. Will review in a bit.

First of all, BIowJob spends a large portion of the game pretending to farm jungle camps. He stands on top of the units but does not attack them. This is no mistake and player is intentionally trying to ruin this game while making it look like he is playing. Also, he holds onto his skill points, suicides and refuses to help team. Clear game ruining.

37:40 - Scourge creeps are following Jugg into Sentinel jungle.
37:53 - Jugg is sighted moving across middle lane toward Sentinel's south jungle. LC is on other side of Sentinel's south jungle. LC appears to take a direct path to the jungle camp Jugg is farming but not Jugg specifically. Doesn't engage Jugg immediately but eventually they trade some hits before the game ends. Not very suspicious.

I watched the entire replay and found no obvious instances of maphacking. Player is clearly trying to ruin the game. LC often runs into enemy jungle with low health and the intention of feeding. By the end of the game, the player has suicided to neutrals, heroes and creeps. There is not enough evidence to conclude maphack. LC isn't really even playing the game but merely walking around from jungle camp to jungle camp hoping he gets killed. I don't see him doing much of anything other than trying to waste everyone's time.

I see you mentioned another game in chat. Post a ban request with timestamps if you feel there are further violations in that game and I will review it.

farming woods gave higher exp and gold. Tiny was also farming woods and wasnt helping lc.

Watch the replay. He very clearly farmed and refused to communicate or work with team. He did the same thing the first game I played with him. It was honestly awful playing with that kid and i'm sure he will try to I.P dodge and MH as well.

Expired and player has been banned again for a month now.
