Violated Rule(s): Had a miscommunication with him and he starts throwing the game by not cooperating and not using his lumber for anything except for a level 10 range.
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): 13:20. When I accidentally sent. At around 18:00 he started to troll by raging despite leaking, and threw all his lumber into Timelord which was not discussed upon.
Any further thoughts: Very childish. One mistake and he starts throwing the game by not communicating and performing actions on his own accord, really ruins the game experience for both Teal and I.
