Any further thoughts: During enemy team pushing top and raxing mid , this guy just used global tp and went to farm neutrals.

At the time of his Global TP, two allies were dead, and the Arc Warden was more than fed. There was little he could have done with regards to defending your mid rax. After killing the single neutral camp, user returned to help defend.
