Any further thoughts: Yes, I believe he is The_Buff_Hacker. Since I got him banned, he's been trying to follow me, and ruin my games. He's made other names like IM.Noob. I'm not 100% sure it's The_Buff_Hacker but I've heard that he just resets his router/modem to get a new IP, and attempts to ruin games. Pretty pathetic life if you ask me.
