Game Name: [ENT] Legion TD Mega 1200+ #26
Your Warcraft III Username: opa_nuklear
Violator's Warcraft III Username: KKC
Violated Rule(s): Selling value at any point in the game in order to gain an advantage by stalling time on a racing level is forbidden.
Time of Violation (in-game or replay): after arena
Any further thoughts: KKC sold 8 landmines and one turret after arena. he built 4 engis on the wall to leak 11-14 and send 15. our team had 2 mutants with good value. they knew they would loose race 17 so they chosed somebody who can sell units and leak for 15 send.

Its a now outdated anti-clog rule, it only prohibits selling on a racing level. Unless there was a lv 11 race this game its allowed
