Any further thoughts: purp used rearm global tele, theyre team took a while to kick as well as mine (we actually never got a kick out of him he just left which i think was because i threatened to report as he was still using the banned build after the first few votekicks he said he would play without global tele but i didnt believe it as he was still using it as he said that. however hes not the reason im reporting im reporting because on many occasion after he left his team continued to use him and the banned build they were constantly using him to ward areas i saw him twice once in our forest and once in their forest and im sure there were many other times that we didnt have a ward where he was warding. They also would tele him in and use blackhole on us as a team and get a few kills from that those were at the times listed above. Now i dont know who was using him i assume yellow as when i told them to stop using the leaver and his banned build at (44:06) he replied with "stfu tard". However they all know that his build was banned and couldve frozen him on their circle hence why i reported them all.

Going off by 16 games played of LoD i'm sure he didn't know the rules. Team also forgot to tell him.

It's not a ban-able offense if teammates use leaver to teleport and ward around. They didn't use the rearm but instead only used the teleport. Which really defeats the purpose of the ban-able build.
