Any further thoughts:
I'm not 100% sure he actually is TheRaekWon, but he admits to it...so I don't see why I wouldn't ban him. Why would you admit to being a banned player? It's up to you guys though.

I also thought FkU. MHed, but I reviewed it and didn't see him do it.

I've checked IP addresses and used tool to geolocate them, and it seems like they're in completely different locations. Alias check also shows no correlation, although both have aliases with games way before this. So, not banning unless you have evidence that botenanna maphacks. But that'd be a different ban request, this one is denied.
