I'm quite sure that this sort of thing is just dealt with by the automatic system when it is just a normal leave game scenario. Someone else would have to confirm, but I don't expect anything to come from this, or if it were to, the person is probably already banned for it.

if i remember right, if a player disconnect (connection lost) he doesnt get any penalty, like turning off your internet connection. The other person left the game directly (alt+ f4) and should get auto ban, hence not mentioning him.

Unless their system has changed, this is wrong. I got a ban by their automatic system before when my power went out during the loading screen and I disconnected at 0:00 on the game timer. Had to appeal that, so it isn't just for people that leave voluntarily. Obviously it's at the discretion of the mods as well though, so they may have something to say that disagrees with this.

Left voluntarily = No ban (You may post a ban request against this player)
Disconnect = Handled by autoban.

That being said, you did mention "how_will_dc" left the game, and he did in fact leave at 35 minutes, of a 47 minute game. Considering he has 97% stay, I'll issue a warning.
