ENT moderators we appreciate all you've done for this great community, but if you do not start enforcing rules for Risk community then this will unfortunately continue and nobody wants that. This guy is an extreme, he showcases toxicity that hasn't been present in a long, long time and something needs to be done urgently, now!

Then finding timestamps of where he throws shoulnd't be hard .. if he does it "every game" - In case you dind't notice there's quite a lot of ban requests these days, and you cant expect mods to go through 40-50 minutes games to see everything (if you cant even provide timestamps, as requested on the wiki)
