Does build a few more units later on, however, much too late as he had leaked every wave until that point.
Apparently the user wanted to cross, but failed to communicate and confirm it with red before going AFK for an amount of time.

I will not be issuing any bans for failure to votekick as the situation was not clearly explained as to why the individual should be kicked. Had you explained in the beginning that he had built in reds lane without permission, and was leaking his full wave this may have gone differently.
