Not banning, autoban will take care of him. No proof that he was trolling, only his 3rd-4th game into the recent
hell version so could be under the assumption time is still as good as it was.

However, adding bans to -
Yellow/orange - Deceiving, told green he can leave autoban free when that is not true.
