Twice he used antistuck to stop his units from going to king so we wouldn't see them.

At level 2, oj anti'd to catch yellow's lane with aqua and kills all but hermit. At this point, pink anti's to hide his spawn at 2.

liiiillllllliii should be banned for anti'ing to hide units.

You should go back and look at what you quoted, then look at what you replied.

The reported player is also subject to be banned for the name used itself.

At what point did I say anything of the kind?

I think there is just a miscommunication, it's possible he believes Indrial is the violator or is simply referencing that ignorance isn't an excuse due to there being an announcement.
