It isn't bannable to use it in that way. It's only bannable to use AS on creeps when:

1) Creeps are attacking king
2) You're crossing and you use it to make sends go directly to king

You should read the rules more carefully before reporting next time.

What stated above is correct. There's been a lot of debate about that particular topic and suggestions to change the rules to make it an abuse but it's been denied.

I understand the confusion though.

well 2 of them were crossing...........i dont know, still feels like a hell of an abuse of a function when u use it 4-6 Times a lvl sometimes...

some ppl say it changes creeps paths so u can kill em easyer... i dont know i dont play that often anymore

Looking over the entire game, it does not look like they broke any rules while using antistuck.

From what I observed:

1. They are most likely a pre-made
2. Used on creeps as they came out of spawn
3. Used on units to catch creeps that leaked from other lanes
4. Used on units right above the king to kill the leaked creeps faster
5. Does not look like it was used on creeps as they were attacking the king.

Even with all the anti-stuck used, they ended up losing the game.

This ban request is denied as I did not observe them breaking any rules, and only an abundance of anti-stuck being used.
