Any further thoughts: Votekick reason "solo upping king and refusal to communicate" , West Players refused for lack of evidence but the king clearly has 5900 hp which is evidence of solo upping. User Heirard solo ups king again in the later rounds (10-14) when we were going to clearly send soon and again I initiate a votekick and again west side refuses to kick.

Below are my thoughts on the claims made above, and what I've found via DRM/watching the replay.

I'd like to start this review with prefacing it with the following:

No warning was presented between this upgrade and Glutting attempting a vote kick. There was planning presented to send prior, however, as noted above the player only spoke Portuguese, and would have proven difficult to coordinate with.

As Zajebiste noted, heirard appeared new to the game. This is confirmed by looking at his stats of 1/3 and minimal games played on the ENT bots.

Please avoid enticing your enemies to kick your team mates. Kicks should be made off actual evidence of breaking rules, and not what would come of kicking an individual from the game:

Though heirard did solo upgrade pretty bad between <22:43 ~ 24:06> for no reason, it was pretty apparent that they were newer to the game. Being unable to communicate properly ended up leaving a sour taste in some people's mouths, and he ended up leaving after the third attempt at a vote kick.

I would not say he was intentionally team killing, however, not communicating with the team can affect the team greatly. There was a language barrier in place, however, most of the community is known to speak English and attempts should be made earlier to let your team know that you don't speak English to avoid situations similar to this.

I believe placing a ban may help lead this individual to the wiki to read up on the rules involved with the ENT games/bots.

For the most part, there was little evidence of actual team killing for the first vote kick attempt, and the other two attempts really did not explain the reasons to kick the individual. I would not ban the players for not voting.

Everything heirard did was team kill. From solo upping king everytime we planned to send and never sending with the team whether he speaks english or not. Although a ban would do nothing to Heirard since he is not a frequent player my main frustration goes to the west side players.

Dezzla, Cakenxmonk and Chrisser are friends, They were probably in voip saying stuff like " Don't kick free +25 elo" . There's plenty of evidence suggesting green is team killing, and Orange was actively calling him out as well but they still went for the "New player excuse". I only sense ill intentions from them seeing as how it was a +25 elo game for them.

Agree with unitil . The majority of the game ruin parts by heirard is because he doesnt know english however i still will ban him 2 days for refusing to cooperate because he needs to be able to communicate or atleast try to if teammates ask for simple commands like no,stop, these should be on his attention when he plays team games like this.

Others for not voting is denied, it was not clearly explained + if you are asking for the other players to kick you have to explain thoroughly on the matter. There was no clear sign of team for other team to vote on the ban.
