Rule player violated: All of them were using blue's hero repeatedly after she disconnected, both within and outside of the base. This started approximately at 45-46 minute (within the base). On the 46th minute you can clearly see them using blue outside of the base as she uses blink + stun against our team on the middle lane. On the 50th minute you can see them using blue almost on our base's doorstep, in where she ultimately makes her way into to finish off our last towers. If you keep watching, you'll see that for the rest of the game, team 1 been using blue all the time which delayed the game even further.

Any further thoughts: The game kept being delayed because of them using a leaver. I would appreciate if you could give all of those 3 champs a couple of days / weeks ban

I can vouch for Rain here. Amon-Amarth is a known flamer. He kept flaming my friend and I, claiming that he was better than us yet refusing to 1v1 us both.
