Well for the further thoughts...after trying to kick blue/teal several times, trying to allchat, explaining them their solo sending/refusing to cooperate, explaining them it is bannable not to kick solo senders etc... they still refused to vote.
But I assume this is the fault of the ent staff, since they are either just warning those people or giving them like 4 hours bans.
