Any further thoughts: player nobodycares sold all towers in grief. Opposing team refused to kick despite the numerous communications on rules violation. Player nobodycares intentionally built towers on may lane to cause additional leaks in addition to selling all towers.

Maximum penalty should be given to nobodycares for the gross grief/TK and to player drope123 for acknowledging the violation but refusing to follow the rules & approve the !votekick.

drope123 and abuse_now were given many chances to kick and were fully aware of what was happening considering the massive leaks. Banned 2 days for refusing to vk game-ruiner.

nobodycares broke multiple rules:

Ghosting (told opposing team that his teammates were sending at level 10).
Sold all units (at level 2)
Deceiving players into saying refusing to !draw is bannable.
Griefing from level 2 onwards.

Since he broke this many rules, banning for 10 days.
