All would of been fine cause we had 1 heal ahead, and higher 15 send. Sadly we lost, to like 1k king hp difference, which is annoying. Honestly without that delay we probably would of won the game. The wolves crited a demon middle after holding lane.
I don't really want to get the dude banned, since he is obviously new to 1200. The most annoying part is none in his team told him thats not allowed. Well one kind of wanted to hint it, but instead asked him to keep the delay for 15.
