This game started off fine until a few missed/failed ganks by silver's inferior skillset led him to rage his pathetic game play on to the rest of our team

After this, he refused to participate in game like a proper player should and only farmed in woods the entire time.

29:00 - same situation again - barra stays at wood the entire time while watching our whole team die from start to finish

35:00 - barra refuses to push, gank or defend while our side starts to lose and eventually raxed - barra either just stays at fountain or continues to farm at woods

Bara does farm, but because of a bad start he is not able to get a lot of gold and get needed items. He also tries to charge many times, but cancels because lack of team response. I don't think he was throwing.

See 21:00 where bara charges and kills lich.
21:20 where he charges mort.

Geo dies pathetically to lich, furion tps behind tower and dies, and bara is defending lanes. So, why can't bara defend?

Geo brainlessly dives bot again, and dies to lich.. again. Bara is farming items to defend against lich's ult, who has refresher. No point in bara charging in to death every time, right?

You forgot to mention, 36:00 where geo chooses to go top and not defend against mid push. Hmm, rax for tower? You sure you were not throwing?

Also, at ~39:00 you can clearly see that bara successfully defends top.

Bottom line: You have not shown bara was throwing the game, and you lost because of your lack of skill against lich, which is obvious from the fact that you died to lich exactly the same way many many times. Stop blaming other people for your loss.
