Yes. Repeatedly charging into 3 or 4 players solo who are all higher levels than him by a 1500 elo player is obviously intentional.
Maxxor banned 5 days for game ruin/intentional feeding.
There were no more votekick attempts of maxxor after 13 minute marks. I think you needed to continue to try and kick him. Often it takes more than 2 attempts to get everybody to both realized the need and to take the time to vote, so Im not going to issue ban for failing to vk here.
