From what I can see in the replay Axeel is obviously new to the game (poor gameplay, random hero skills, no items) and no one tried to explain or help him out. They just votekick him without a warning. This is indeed votekick abuse.

Ok first he is afk for the first 3 min into the game he randoms spells and buys no items
7 min in he is still level 1 perfect reason to vote kick
