Any further thoughts:

The opposing team refused to kick him even though they knew he was not building.

The reason he refused to build was, that he did not want to play -hpgmcb Mercenary. I posted the announcement about 25 times before game started. He did not read it and therefore did not feel the obligation to follow the rules anymore.

Our replay server was down during your game. Do you have the replay in ur warcraft 3 folder? If so, please upload it. If not, we will have to deny this request.
