Well it seems like he map-hacked at that moment, I was shocked in game too when he used his skills while I was in fog, but wasn't so sure until I saw the replay and it looked like he used it. A little too obvious I'd say but you can analyse and say if I'm right or wrong.

I don't know if this helps, but I've seen this guy online again while I was searching for some NWU games, few days ago. I guess that it was him because he was playing with his brother Akira), most of the time they play together.
So anything that can be done for him to pay for his acts I hope that you'll manage to stop him from playing.

Edit: I managed to play a game with him too today, as u can see in here: http://storage.entgaming.net/replay/vie ... 341229.w3g , he's still playing and I saw that he plays on different realms (europe, east, west) . I don't know if u can ip range ban him or something better, you know what to do .
