Any further thoughts: You can watch the replay at around the 18:30 mark he even taunts everyone for about 30 seconds running in circles around the gold mine. Sorry i thought i saw he was @uswest but that may be incorrect.

what he says is true i posted also on the player that didnt vote to kick him cause of i dont know but he shouldve voted cause titan was stalling time in our game .Also]titan rlly sat in mid almost the whole time

Nonetheless, they will all be denied, under the premise that the Titan was a legitimately new player, as not only had he downloaded, but he was also using korean characters, and english was most likely not his primary language.

notusingmouse will not be banned, as kicking a new player that doesn't know how to play is essentially votekick abuse.

For the nth time, quit with the votekick abuse. Next time, I might not be so forgiving.
