Put older version of Hellhalt TD on host?

The latest map won't play on single player or battle.net (since latest patch) but an older version will work in single player. I'm assuming an older version would also work on Bnet. Could you try putting an older version on the host bot until a new map (fixed) is released? The one I tested was 4.0.5.7

But then do you play this as a single player VS computer or?
