Lately we have been receiving more and more complaints about the abuse of anti-stuck. To be clear, you can only use anti-stuck in 3 cases:
1. To anti-stuck stuck units.
2. To catch leaks from your partner lane.
3. In the middle-area (near the king).

Any other use of anti-stuck is illegal.

I want to urge people to report on the forum if they see any illegal anti-stuck action. In addition, I will randomly check replays over the coming weeks to check for anti-stuck abuse. If I find any abuse, disciplinary actions will follow.

I hope this isn't necessary

It could be interesting to check some of the 4v4 games at level 31, because I've seen some extremely weird creep behavior and a lot of glocking in the middle, where creeps almost freeze. Idk if it's just because too many creeps is in a too narrow place, or if it's because people are using anti-stuck to slow the creeps, but it's worth testing/checking at least.
