LOBBY FOR MUA IS AFK (technical problem plz help)

- I do not see any1 speaking in lobby (I do in game)
- I can not also wisp (use priv chat)
- I do not see in game neither me or some1 else speaks to the team or uses all chat
- therefore I can not sign to lihl games also
Plz help!

I had some issues as well with the new patch, but after reinstalling, they seem to be resolved. Good luck
