I can't connect to bnet

Ever since new patch it says ERROR after I downloeaded new patch. No matter if I try to change normal bnet realm instead of my gproxy.

1) execute wc3 as administrator

2) make sure to try join bnet on europe/us realm (not proxi)

3) selftk and happy gaming

I still have the same problem, downloaded new patch, but cant log in. Same if i choose europe or useast realm without gproxy.

you need to make sure that after u run wc3 as administrator, the first time you try log on bnet the gateway is Eur or Us. if u first try proxi (by mistake) and then swap to eur/us it wont work.

so follow strictly the 2 steps i mentioned and should work for you.

oh i just realized u downloaded the patch. but download was succesfull? or gives the error just aftet dl?.

in any case, a more extreme solution is just reinstall wc3 and dl patch from scratch. I had to do that in the last patch before this one.

First time download wasnt succesfull, then i reinstalled wc3 and download worked fine, it says before i start the game that download was succesfull. But when im in game and try to log in battle.net it says "Error with checking game version".

you have a new installer in your wc3 folder.
Warcraft III Launcher.exe run it and to login again

Did it, now when i open the game it says "Warcraft 3 was unable to find a CD Key"...

had that as well. after restarting the computer and rerunning the launcher it worked out of the sudden

Restarted the computer and nothing changed... This fucking game still wants my CD keys.

I had some troubles as well.
What I did was uninstalling WC3 completly. Then go to the WC3 directory and delete everything left. Finally install the game from fresh and it all worked nicely.

You can first backup your maps/download folder, replays, screenshots if you want.

I got it working after doing this

1) Opened my WC3 folder
2) Opened new pachupdate and runned it
3) It runned for a while and told me to log in normally
4) Tried to log in
5) Failed but it loaded something new and finally got in.

Every time i open Warcraft III Launcher, it downloads the new patch again and again, then i try to log in battle.net and have an error... After full unistall and then install fresh WC3 there is same shit.

@Crey did u register ur game on blizzard page? since its cd key issue. try folowing:

1) enter blizard page and create new acc
2) go to section "classic games"
3) try to register ur wc3 and ur frozen throne games. They wil ask for ur cd keys abd wil give u a new set of cd keys (one for wc3 and other for frozen throne)
4) go to "my games" section and download the installer for wc3 and the installer for frozen throne
5) u will be asked for the new cd keys (point 3) when executing these launchers

i said all this by memory. this will alow u to dl wc3 on any pc on future with no need of physical cds.

Crey open wc3 folder from your computer folders, do NOT launch wc3. When your wc3 folder is open search for newpatch upg folder and open it.
