Minimum 200 games? I thought the number was 1/10th or below, after all, not all of us go make lanparties in other countries ;o) (bit jealous).

I think that the a-bal should be kept intact, and the rule is crystal: It states you may not swap cross teams. I know that when sexyy came and visitied you in bulgaria, and you had a lan party, some of us felt that there were exceptional circumstances to allow you to be on the same team.

Please bear in mind izno, that we allowed you to swap in those games out of kindness to accomodate your special circumstances, so it would feel a bit bad mannered if you were to use those acts of kindness to try and statute that there has been set a precedence for allowing swaps, if all but agree before the the game is started. I hope that this is not the case, and you merely want it to be written into the rule, that if very special circumstances apply, then swap can be used if all agree to it beforehand.

Please do not take advantage of us liking you and taking the appropriate measures to help you out under your special circumstances.

Stacking can easily be accomplished by going to all other bots without auto balance.

Some people just seem to forget @donaldtheduckie very fast.. or maybe they just don't want to remember that they have been swapping before this was even a problem.
I really don't care who have been swapping as I believe it has only been for one purpose.. To make the games more fun.
-Some people likes to team for reasons that they are good friends
-Some doesn't want to team because they can't agree
-I have only seen people swapping for these reasons - never to gain an elo advantage.
I think it's a shame if EVERYONE are okay with a swap that it won't be possible.
Anyways it's clear for me now that swapping is against the rules. But i still wish that we tried to change it :) Right now I just have my doubts if it's even something we can make a poll about..
But I hope so

I agree the rules should be changed. We can put it to s vote to see how it goes.
After all if everyone agrees it should be fine, just like playing with hybrid.

When I talked about the anti stuck rule i was talking about delaying the creeps when they were spawning.. That is still allowed... According to the rules.
I think there are too many can and cannot do anti rules.. Should be put simple.. Like:
You can ONLY use antistuck to catch your lane mates leaks

If we still go for the many antistuck rules I would like BA's suggestion to be followed up

This is dodging. And that is another reason you can not make team swapping legitimate.

It's not dodging if you see the situation coming before you sign - it's dodging after you signed and try to get out of the game.
I would rather play and swap than wait for more people because some people don't get along.

Like when some low elo players play, it is common for some players not to sign because the do not want to play with certain players. It is common, annoying and easily fixable.

YOU NOOBS!!!! Go play pub if you want to play with your friends. No swapping!!!!

Btw...I rarely play LIHL anymore, because too many babies now. Too much complaining, whining, bitching, etc. It's not fun like it used to be. Maybe one day I'll start playing more again.

I kinda lost track of all the rules comming in, many things seems to make no sence to me, making antistuck on units to prevent them go to middle I can see that this is a very good rule since you can manipulate with the course of the game, when a lane is cleared units has to go to middle, however I dont understand why doublebuild, middlebuild, crossbuild is troubling. As I see it the quest or the mission is to kill units, and as mentioned many times units like archer can become even better with a crossbuild, so why is it illigal to make the most of your units, I mean thats the whole point of the game, I cant see any legit argument against making the most of your units. What I want to accomplish with this is to point out that the more rules we get about nonsence stuff the less fun it will become, Kill units however way you can that is the main target of legion td, killing the opponents king and you win. If we have to add all these rules, well then I suggest plain and simple, you cant build to high up, you cant build in mid, no delay units, no antistucking unless creeps are stuck, no aura share. However im strongly against this, I think less rules and more fun. Clear lanes what way you can, kill enemys king and you win, lets start enjoy the game instead of adding rules that will break down the legion td as we all played it.. Only rule I really think is a great adition is the rule to prevent units to go mid, and ofc rule of pausing critical times.. Just my thought of the whole evolution of lihl,

To summon up what I believe we have agreed and should be updated to the LIHL rules:

AFK: max 5min

What I think we need to discuss is: who are allowed to !votekick if the player doesn't show up after 5min have passed.
is it all, 1 player is enough to demand a votekick, the afk's team or enemy team only?

Swapping players between teams - NOT allowed (uak updated the !challenge command instead)

Anti-stuck rule:
- Players may not use anti stuck to delay any spawned unit from attacking.
should be changed to:
- Players may not use anti-stuck on ANY creeps/bosses

reason? to put it more simple so all can understand it

I think 5 min max would be a good rule of thumb. If someone does not give a time estimate and is afk for 5 minutes, it is reasonable for the other players to continue/draw/kick the player.

I don't like to make it an official rule, because if someone has something urgent and needs to afk 7 minutes or something, people will refer to the rule and not accept it, whereas without a rule, people might be mannered and give him/her the 7 mins :)

Lets go create SUPER lihl. You need 5 applications and bloodtest + a signed contract that u wont break one of the 100 rules, and then u need to suck Lance Armstrongs cawk and ur in
