Report violations timely

We mods want to ask all players if they can report any violation of the rules within 1 week.

This makes it more simple for us to do our job.

Additionally, if you report more than 1 week later the mods have the right to not review the violation if the circumstances can't be traced back or if it is suspected it is done because of tactical or bribery reasons.

It's good to see that moderators have been doing a good job taking use of all the suggestions that's been made lately. (:
