This would be need to be implemented on either ENT/dia's end and with a probable move in the relatively near future it seems a bit pointless to me to set it up for it to be rendered useless soon afterwards. I support the overall premise with our recent vouch expansion but I think it probably needs to be implemented after lihl is stabilised on another platform.

Most of those "pps" are caused by bot. No point punish all ppl with "auto dc pen" when there is still Anda to handle dc pens you can still report if you feel dat way : )
