What determines which player is the Best Player? Is it only KD, or is other stuff taken into account too?

i always look at denys. anything under 3 avg, i can safely assume hes not a good player. id much rather have a player with 800 elo thats has 10 deny avg per game than a player with 1300 elo with 0.5 deny per game.

Im not sure if best player on ent website is same as top player on scoring sheet. Top player is not only k/d. It follows similar bnet ladder scoring i believe. Ur overall performance. I can have high cs and more game involvement and be top 1 on the after game scoring sheet compared to someone who simply had more kills than me. If u have a multi hero kind like meepo, u r likely to b top 1 if u play decent though.

Apparently the formula from OpenStats is:

(kills - deaths + assists*0.3) + (towerkills*0.2 + raxkills*0.2)

just a thought, since call of duty makes each assist count as half a kill can we do that aswell?

Currently its nearly 1/3 of a kill, which seems about right?

yeah i know it is .3 of a kill. im suggesting we make it .5
