Ban Request change

Hello,

First off, good job on processing bans faster. I was wondering though, if the admins can do an account or ip search and increase the punishment for people who get banned every other week? It is annoying to see some of the same people pull the same garbage ban them, and then see them next week doing the same garbage.

Yes, we look at the ban history of a violator's other accs. I try to ban for a longer duration because most of these game ruiners don't learn from their mistakes.
