how is the elo in dota games calculated?

The formulas are described there. We use K = 30 if the player has less than 2000 rating, K = 10 for above 2400, and K = 130 - rating/20 if rating is between 2000 and 2400.

but for me its a bit confusing...
could u tell me how kills deaths wins and looses effect the elo in dota? it would be very nice...

They dont, They are just seperate stats.

Elo is gain / loss is worked out at the start of the game. And it depends on the average elo on each team.

Say if each team was an average of 1000. Then the elo gain / loss would be +15 for a win or -15 for a loss
So if you play against a stacked team 1400 elo average and your teams average is 900 elo, Then you might win around 25ish elo and they will lose the amount you win.

I hope that makes it a wee bit clearer for you.
