PMS and RoA
On which heros do you guys get these items on? Im curious cuz I almost never get them and I wonder how effective they are for the gold cost? Ive seen RoA naga like everygame but thats about it.

I like going poor man shield on squishy melee agility carries who needs a bit of tankiness in hero vs hero engagement early on. Like, Slark, riki, naga, tb, am.
I go aquila on agility heros who needs a bit of mana regen early on and also benefits from bonus damage for last hitting. Potm, Drow, Sniper, Venge,etc.
Pms is cost effective, aquila not so much, but having two items in one is nice and it frees up inventory space which is cool too.

It is also good to use Poor man's shield + Ring of Aquila to Medusa in early game.
Poor man's shield(100% to block 10 hero damage) can help Medusa's mana shield because of its damage block = slight reduction to mana. Then add Ring of Aquila = +int/str/agi + armor(so another damage reduction) + mana regen.
That two items can really help Medusa's mana shield in early game.

i get rod of atos on AA.
i get ring of aquila on any agil hero i play normally.
i get pms on games which i wanna harass early and normally if im agility hero.
