so i noticed you guys have a wiki, and i was thinking of an idea were you put alot or most of dota terms on one page and explain what they are for new players. idk it is a stupid idea i just wanted to share

I do not think it is necessary.

Learn them through common sense and as u experience the game. Terms and short forms are things people should be able to catch quickly in few games.

If you can collect up all the terms and post it here for us so we can add it on our page, I wouldn't see a reason not to. After watching hundreds of DotA replays, I'm still not familiar with most DotA terms.

There is no reason to not expand the wiki. Although I agree with nabo that it not be necessary I don't see any reason not to put effort into creating a page since it is a wiki. Unfortunately, since only moderators can edit the wiki, it is unlikely anyone would be willing to put the effort to creating a page for it. The best you could hope for is to create a thread on the forum in the DotA section and hope a moderator stickies it.
