Making a new account name

I signed up on the ent forums with a new name and email address.

I am trying to play under a new name.

But when I type in the new name and password, not via the forums, but via the connect app, it does not work. Someone in game said I had to "verify" the name.

I can't find the steps or guide in the wiki.

Can someone reply with a link on how to verify a name? I did it so long ago I forget how to do it now.

Just enter the username and password and hit sign up.
After just login

The forum and wc3connect are two different username databases.
