just played a -arem game that bara left at start, they used bara throughout the game while it was 5v4 and they had leaver gold also. so it was pretty unfair imo. just wondering if this can be bannable by the other team?

means you can feed off a hero with no level or items?

It depends.
If you use the hero in order to initiate/stun/farm woods/help yourself or team in any way whatsoever, then it's fine.
If you simply use him to feed, then it's obviously bannable.
If, for example, your ally barathrum left, and you use him to initiate and ulti someone so you can pick him off, but bara ends up dying in the process, then that's fine.

However, if the enemies fail to freeze the hero in the fountain, you can still farm it
Like that zeus refresher ult on those low lvl heroes.

It's an old time strategy, do it all the time. Just the other day, we lvled up silenser to get his ult an it was helpful in fights.
Can also use some heroes to farm neutrals. Like Axe at times, farm a few camps and send him to heal, repeat. Others too.
There was an old ROC dota map where leavers could use your items. Super dope. Even if your whole team left, you could still win if you can micro XD
