i was thinking maybe have a few builds listed in 1 place for newer people who start playing to see what works well and what doesnt would also help to cut down on the toxicity new players receive if they pick a bad batch of skills which in turn would promote ent in a positive way ?

Be the change you want to see. Make it happen. People will be more likely to chime in on a project already started than to start something from scratch on their own.
