Battle Net Down?

Is Battle Net currently down? I can not connect to any of the servers US East, West, Europe or Asia...
Hi All,
At 4:00PM PST, we will be restarting the server to pick up some minor bug fixes. Expected down time is less than a hour.
Changes:
* Fixed /f r to work if you only have 1 friend left
* Disabled MOTD for SC:R as it showed incorrect stats (will be replaced in a client patch)
