Why are these 3 heroes are consider cancer beside slark in dota 2?

They're seem pretty weak AF from our current version, but most players in dota 2 doesn't want to deal with them.

Can anyone elaborate why?

Viper is pretty OP in dota 1 if played right. Veno, depends. Razor can be op as well. Don't care enough about dota 2 to comment.

Veno is cancer if you ever grab a blink dagger - poison disables it for over 10 seconds (16 if I recall correctly), even from wards.
