Please keep in mind that you can no longer double click on a clarity or salve to use it on yourself since the new patch.
Click on the item, then click on yourself instead of double clicking (otherwise the item gets wasted with no effect).

Same goes for Urn. Also, Urn doesn't seem to be castable on allies.
