It was just a random in lobby vk start that didnt affect the game or risk affecting the game in anyway. I wouldnt think deserves ban

No. Votekick is never appropriate in the game lobby. It is only to be used against someone who is breaking the rules.

What this person did was against the rules. At the very least, he should have been given a warning in his ban history.

Wait how do you give a warning in ban history? Just banning them and unbanning them? I never seen a warning? Uakf.b said about votekick abuse that mod should just deny it if it really didn't harm the game much... You can warn him or ban him if you want palsgraf.

ok but this doesn't answer OP question. so does this mean we can votekick in game lobby? since if even it pass's it wont actually affect the game. only the person you are kicking who will most likely just join the next.
