Issue 1: In some games of ENT dota, I would say 25%. The mobs that spawn at the beggining down the lanes are travelling at an abnormal and outrageously fast speed. This is irritating when you try to block them or even just keep up with them.
I give you guys full permission to fix this problem.

I'm... pretty sure the creeps all move at the same speed regardless of which point in the game they spawn. I'm guessing you think they slowed down b/c you got boots later on and your hero was faster.

Nope it was a balance change at some point in older version to reduce the advantage both teams get in their safe lanes - including 1) switching stronger creeps with weak creeps to the spot where you pull (near 1st tier tower); 2) increasing the creeps' movement speed before reaching 2nd tier tower in order to make it harder to block.
