Trying to Ban someone

Good Afternoon,

I would like to ask two questions, I am trying to get the player dcshoes from canada banned for completely ruining a game and in turn decreasing my stats with was going to be a victory for sentinle had he not fed and just left.

Also for some reason I can log here but I cannot sign on into the dota channel of this clan to write this comment there. What do I need to do

You can make a ban request in this forum using the format
Sorry I can't help you about the dota channel *I don't even know this channel*, I'm not dota admin :3
